Faculty:
Deeskha is headed by Dr. G. Sridhar, who obtained his B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and Ph.D from the Johns Hopkins University. He is supported by a team of very well qualified faculty members, which includes graduates from the IIT's and doctorates in different disciplines.

Concept Teaching:
In today's environment, most programs lay undue emphasis on rote learning rather than concept understanding. At Deeksha, the emphasis is first and foremost on understanding the concept. After the theory is first explained, students are then exposed to a variety of problems on that concept. A home assignment ensures that a student practises questions based on that concept, while a test verifies his actual understanding.

Testing Process:
The performance of each student is regularly monitored through weekly tests, term exams, monthly reports and parent meetings. Comparative reports are published every month which provide a benchmark for the student to improve upon.
